Meet Marc
Mentor, wellness coach, and community healer — rooted in over a decade of youth and community work in Palm Beach County.

On Your Mark Impact was founded by Marc Charlecine, a mentor, wellness coach, and community healer rooted in over a decade of hands-on youth and community work in Palm Beach County.
Marc's path started young. At age 12, he was mentored by Anthony Bacchus — a father figure, teacher, and the founder of the nonprofit CAPE — who brought Marc into a world of workshops and events centered on mental health and world peace. Around the same time, Marc was also a youth mentee through the AACY program under Eliot Popper, a support system that carried him through childhood, including a period when he was caring for his grandmother.
Later, Marc worked for the local school district in youth behavioral management, where he saw firsthand the real challenges young people face today. Those combined experiences — mentorship, community support, caregiving, and frontline behavioral work — are what led him to found On Your Mark Impact: a practice built to give others the same guidance, structure, and healing he once received.
For over a decade, Marc has been part of the Delray Beach drum circle community, and he's also active in a Miami drum circle. He's spent that same decade-plus volunteering at community events as a youth leader, building relationships with local community leaders and city officials along the way.
At the center of it all is rhythm. Marc uses West African djembe drumming as a trauma-informed tool for healing — not just for youth, but for elders, families, and anyone looking to reconnect. On Your Mark Impact exists to bring that same sense of connection, confidence, and resilience to every community it serves.
To bring trauma-informed mentorship, wellness coaching, and the healing power of rhythm to youth, elders, schools, and treatment centers across Palm Beach County — building connection, trust, and resilience in every community we serve.
A community where every generation — from youth to elder — finds its rhythm, builds its resilience, and heals together.
